All loans offered through Vintana Investments are subject to the following:

• Loan approval is at the sole discretion of Vintana Investments
• Interest rates and repayment terms will be clearly disclosed before you accept any loan offer
• Late payments may incur additional fees and affect your credit standing
• Guarantors may be required for certain loan types and amounts
• All loan agreements are legally binding and subject to Jamaican law

Prohibited Activities

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information on any application
• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of our platform without authorisation

Limitation of Liability

Vintana Investments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services and are not responsible for any losses resulting from service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach any of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• It is required by law or regulation

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Any outstanding loan obligations will remain enforceable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
